About this role
In Sandviken, the world is always present. Here, we feel at home and make each other better.
As an employee of Sandviken Municipality, you have one of Sweden's most important jobs. That's why it's crucial for us that you enjoy your work and feel that your contribution is valuable to society.
We believe the path to achieving this is for everyone, whether a manager or colleague, to strive to make each other better. We do the best work together. Through a holistic approach, collaboration, dialogue, and by leveraging our differences.
As an employer and employees, we work together for a long-term and sustainable working life. This, in turn, creates a successful and developing municipality.
When we make each other better – we make Sandviken Municipality better!
Sandvikenhus offers attractive and secure housing and premises with high service. We develop and refine apartments, residential areas, and living environments. We plan and project manage, acquire, and manage properties and land.
Our buildings have seen several generations of Sandviken residents grow up, ever since the company was founded in 1962. When we change and build anew, it is to create a living Sandviken with attractive residential environments for many years to come. The housing we manage and plan today will still be part of an attractive Sandviken in fifty or a hundred years.
We are a public housing company, which means we contribute to housing provision in the municipality and have a social responsibility. It is important to us that we contribute to positive development and growth in Sandviken Municipality, which we do in part by collaborating with various companies, organizations, associations, and events working towards these issues.
