About this role
The Employment Unit in Falköping Municipality is seeking a flexible and dedicated supervisor to be placed at Bohaget Secondhand.
This position is suitable for you who enjoy practical and dynamic tasks, want to support individuals in their development, and have an interest in secondhand, sustainability, and reuse.
What can we offer you?
As a supervisor, you will work closely with the operational leaders and be responsible for ensuring that daily tasks are carried out – both by yourself and by employees with subsidized employment. You will also guide individuals in work training at various levels, using a pedagogical, clear, and supportive approach that is based on the individual's needs and circumstances.
The work is practical, varied, and physical, involving lifting and moving tasks. You will be an important part of an engaged team and contribute to the operation functioning professionally, inclusively, and developmentally. If necessary, work may also occur in our other operations, such as Tassen dog daycare and the carpentry workshop.
What are we looking for in you?
We are looking for someone with experience in supervision or educational work, who has an interest in secondhand, reuse, and preferably has handy skills. You need to have good physical ability as the job includes both lifting and moving tasks. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are attentive, clear, and positive in your interactions, as well as flexible and comfortable in an environment where tasks vary from day to day. You are a reliable team player who can motivate and support others even in situations that require resilience under stress. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license for both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Working hours: Regular working hours: 08:00–17:00. If necessary, work may start earlier, from 06:30.
