Position
As a supervisor/job coach, you will be responsible for planning, documentation, and coaching of our participants seeking employment or needing support in starting their studies.
It is crucial that you are driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, goal-focused, and have experience in mentoring. Additionally, you will actively help participants find work by recruiting employers to our internal employer database. Networking is a significant and essential part of daily work to achieve our goals.
This is a permanent part-time (50%) position based at our office in Kalix.
You must meet the requirements of either Option 1 or Option 2.
Option 1
You have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system). Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
Education in one of the following fields:
• Work Life
• Organization and Personnel Management
• Career and Study Guidance
• Business Economics
• Psychology
• Behavioral Science
• Social Science
• Pedagogy
• Occupational Therapist or Social Work
• Or similar areas
Candidates must have at least two years of full-time equivalent work experience. Part-time may be accepted if total work time equals two full-time years. Studies and work experience must be certified.
Option 2
You have one year of post-secondary education and speak and write fluent Swedish.
At least three years of full-time equivalent work experience in one of the following areas:
• Management with Personnel Responsibility
• Recruitment
• Career Transition for Job Seekers
• Career and Study Guidance
• Personnel Issue Management (not solely administrative)
• Labor and Employment Market Issues
• Social and Group Psychology
• Career Counseling
Work experience must be certified.
We place significant emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are advantageous.
