We are seeking a supervisor for the Rusta och Matcha project at our office in Gävle. This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, distributed over four working days.

About the Position
As a Rusta och Matcha supervisor, you will support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You will coach and motivate them to find the right job or education.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Meeting participants with empathy and respect – seeing the person behind the CV.
• Building relationships with employers and driving the employer track with energy and commitment.
• Coaching participants through conversations, motivation, and structure to help them take the next step.
• Working goal-oriented and tracking results – you are motivated by seeing both participants and yourself succeed.

Qualification Profile (meet at least one of the following options):
Option 1
Education: Higher education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system). The provider will determine the most suitable field of study to achieve the service's goal.
Work Experience: At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent work experience. Part-time may be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.
Option 2:
Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes university education and various professional training programs, such as qualified vocational education, vocational higher education, military training, and police training.
Work Experience: At least three (3) years of full-time equivalent work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
• Personnel management with supervisory responsibilities
• Recruitment
• Career transition for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Personnel case management (not just administrative)
• Work with labor and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career counseling
Part-time may be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.
