About this role

Administrator for Customer Service Unit Wanted! Would you like to work in customer service and manage matters related to the occupational pension ITP? Now you have the chance to become part of a close-knit team at our client's pensions company in central Stockholm. We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented administrator for an exciting consulting assignment starting as soon as possible. About the Role: You will be part of an established customer service unit of approximately 35 people, where the focus is on providing professional service and guidance to both companies and employees. In this role, you will respond to inquiries and administer cases related to the occupational pension ITP, via both phone and email. The cases vary in complexity, from simpler customer inquiries to more advanced administrative tasks that require accuracy and an understanding of the pension system and insurance solutions. We are looking for someone who has: • Experience working with occupational pensions. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • The ability to work independently but also take direction when necessary.
