A Job That Counts! With us, you contribute to a well-functioning society for the public and businesses. About the Job The Enforcement Authority has the role of supervising bankruptcy administrators. We monitor that bankruptcy management is carried out effectively and in accordance with current law, specifically reviewing that the outcome of a bankruptcy is as large as possible and that the bankruptcy is concluded as quickly as possible. You will work with administrative tasks, review and analysis of financial documentation, and some bankruptcy supervision. The work involves numerous contacts with bankruptcy administrators, restructuring experts, and their staff, as well as courts. You will be responsible for the section's record-keeping. This includes managing physical and digital mail, registrations, and communications. We are a small unit, which means you will also participate in the unit's development work. Everyone working at the Enforcement Authority contributes to combating crime. Your tasks include identifying and preventing potential criminal attempts and notifying other authorities of suspected offenses. The unit's case handlers are located in different parts of the country but work as a group with shared tasks. You will be placed at our office in Sundbyberg. Your Qualifications: - High school diploma - Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is desirable to have at least one year of recent experience in accounting or similar financial work within the past three years. Good to Know The position is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as a case handler. The Enforcement Authority offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer. Working in the public sector means adhering to the state's core values. Special requirements are placed on judgment, security awareness, and compliance with applicable laws. We will ask questions during the interview about any previous criminal history and potential shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions will also be asked of references. We will also obtain information about debts registered with the Enforcement Authority, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. Disclosed information will be weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the position. Employment may involve placement in a security class. A security review with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a hiring decision. Some tasks in the security class require Swedish citizenship.
