We are currently seeking an Administrator/Technical Manager who, like us, thrives in an organization with great freedom. Are you the right person for us? About the Role As an administrator, you will work both operationally and coordinatively on projects involving electricity, power, conduits, lighting, and telecommunication systems. Your assignments will vary and encompass everything from industrial, residential, and office projects to larger infrastructure projects. You will work from our pleasant office in Sundbyberg – and play a key role in reviewing, quality assuring, and following up on technical documents and project documentation. You are expected to be a supportive and coaching force in the team. You are motivated by leading teams and taking responsibility for the overall picture – while stepping into a role where you, together with skilled colleagues, drive development and quality forward. You will be part of a team of experienced and supportive colleagues with extensive expertise, with whom you can always collaborate! Work Tasks: - Process, coordinate, and quality assure technical documents and project documentation - Lead and collaborate with designers, clients, and suppliers to ensure delivery according to plan and requirements - Support junior project designers and drive technical cooperation in projects - Participate in business development and maintain good customer relationships Our design department is under construction, which means excellent opportunities for those who want to develop as project managers and drive their own projects. Your Background • Technical education in electricity, electrical power, or telecommunications – e.g., university engineering degree, vocational education, or equivalent work experience • 5-8 years of experience in electrical project design, preferably from consulting or contracting • At least 3 years of project design experience from complex facilities, such as infrastructure, backup power, or charging infrastructure • Proficient in CAD programs like AutoCAD, Revit, and MagiCAD (2D and 3D) • Experience in planning and following up technical content and ensuring project quality • Knowledge of Swedish regulations and industry standards, e.g., AMA EL • Experienced in working with technical descriptions, drawings, and coordination documentation Meriting Factors: • Previous role as technical manager in infrastructure projects for electrical and telecommunication systems • Previous practical experience with electrical installation • Previous experience in building customer base and creating projects Personal Characteristics You have the ability to inspire others, take responsibility, and drive technical issues forward.
