About this role

Department of Business Support aims to develop the organization and create efficient and accessible support systems. We support the organization's work regarding security, communication, HR, finance, legal matters, and other strategic overarching issues. Job Description At the Legal Unit, you will gain broad insight into many of society's different legal areas. We are collectively responsible for preparing and deciding on numerous general administrative matters. We conduct supervision, control, and permit issuance across various domains. Furthermore, we prepare and decide on appeal cases in different legal areas, including those under the Planning and Building Act and Environmental Code. We offer you an opportunity to learn and develop within administrative case management. You will be responsible for preparing and processing cases and working with various administrative tasks related to the agency's central case service, such as releases, notifications, and other administration. Depending on your previous experience and skills, other tasks within the legal unit's work area may also become relevant. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who: - Are studying or have studied law or legal science programs - Have experience working in public administration at municipal, regional, or national levels - Have excellent ability to communicate carefully, simply, and comprehensibly both verbally and in writing in Swedish - Are experienced in working with and learning different computer programs We consider the following as meritorious: - Relevant experience working at a county administrative board - Experience handling foundation matters - Experience working in Platina or other case management systems As a person, you can work independently while being collaborative and able to build good relationships. You also have high integrity. In your work, you are thorough, analytical, and can switch between different tasks/cases at various stages of processing. The position is security classified, and a security assessment will be conducted according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
