JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now seeking case officers with previous case handling experience for the project and investment support department, located in the rural support unit or the leader and school milk unit. We are looking for team players who are motivated by tasks that contribute to the development of Sweden's rural and agricultural sector.
The rural support unit and the leader and school milk unit handle applications for support and payments within various EU funds.
In the role of case officer, you will work in a team, enjoy practically interpreting regulations, collaborate closely with colleagues, and take responsibility for your own tasks. In your role, you are expected to ensure correct and efficient processing of applications. You will be responsible for making assessments based on procedures and regulations. The work includes contact with support recipients, other organizations, and other units within the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
For us, change is a natural part of everyday life; new support forms and program periods constantly lead to development. If you enjoy being where the action is, you will thrive. As a case officer, you will not only have the chance to grow in your role but also to shape the future of support together with engaged colleagues. There are great opportunities to deepen and broaden your skills.
The units and department work together to solve our tasks. This means you may need to handle support applications outside your primary area of work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates with experience in case handling within the public sector. You have relevant academic education or have acquired high competence in case handling through work experience that we consider comparable. Our working language is Swedish, so you need to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Experience in investigative case handling within the public sector, experience in handling EU support, and familiarity with the case management system FLIT are advantageous for the positions.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The case officer position is for you if you have a strong ability to independently drive and structure your work. You are motivated by delivering results and have a solution-oriented approach. You enjoy being part of a team and have a good ability to collaborate with your colleagues and other units.
OTHER
The position is based in Jönköping, with the possibility to work part of the time remotely.
