About the assignment We are currently seeking case officers for the Swedish Pensions Agency in Luleå. The assignment primarily involves customer service related to survivor benefits. Interactions with customers include contacting survivors, retirees, pension savers, and other external parties via phone and email. The tasks may also involve administrative duties. You will receive training in the agency's systems upon starting the assignment. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and continue until March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension until June 30, 2026. Working hours are weekdays without weekends from 08:00 to 16:30. Employment rate: 100%. Location: Luleå. This is a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia. Your responsibilities You will engage with customers primarily via phone, but also through email. The customer group includes both children and adults, which requires a professional and empathetic approach. The tasks may also involve administrative duties through investigations and decisions in accordance with applicable regulations and processes. The assignment includes the following: • Contact with customers, authorities, organizations, and companies • The case officer must ensure that the agency's customers receive a fair and objective assessment in each individual case • Manage and process various inquiries and simpler cases related to survivor benefits • Ensure that those who come into contact with the agency have a positive customer experience and receive professional treatment To thrive in this role, we believe you have a service-oriented attitude and a good approach, are confident in working independently and solution-oriented, and are flexible, meticulous, and structured.
