Administrator for Newly Established Winback Team – Focus on Customer Retention and Sales

**About the Role**
As an administrator in the winback team, you will work on regaining and retaining customers, a key role in creating long-term customer relationships and increasing loyalty. You will handle both incoming and outgoing calls and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming calls from customers who wish to terminate their services – understand their needs, address objections, and create solutions that encourage them to stay.
- Proactively reach out to former customers to re-establish relationships and offer value-creating solutions.
- Build long-term customer relationships by being attentive, engaged, and professional.
- Collaborate with the team leader to further develop strategies and processes within the winback efforts.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who is driven, relationship-oriented, and has documented experience in turning uncertain customers into loyal users.
You have:
- Solid experience in anti-churn and/or sales, with the ability to handle objections and motivate customers.
- A strong desire to work goal-oriented and exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude that contributes to the team's success.
Experience working in a winback team or a similar role focused on customer retention is an advantage.

**Your Profile**
- High school diploma.
- Experience in anti-churn, winback, and/or sales.
- Experience working via phone and in digital systems.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
**Scope and Application**
- Location: Central Stockholm, hybrid work possible.
- Working hours: Office hours Monday to Friday.
- Employment: Full-time, probationary period applies.
