About this role

Swedish Environmental Protection Agency Drives and Coordinates Climate Action We are looking for dedicated professionals to contribute to Sweden's climate transition and work on concrete measures that make a difference! Climate Leap (Klimatklivet) is the government's broadest investment support for reducing greenhouse gas emissions by supporting companies and organizations nationwide in their transition efforts. Job Responsibilities: You will focus on either: • Reviewing new applications and preparing financial support decisions based on current regulations • Following up approved measures by reviewing progress and final reports submitted by grant recipients Key tasks include: • Identifying and handling complex assessment issues • Driving case preparation with colleague support • Communicating with applicants through our support channel • Conducting digital and physical verifications of implemented measures • Contributing to continuous workflow development Required Qualifications: • University degree in economics, environment, energy, social sciences, or technology • Relevant work experience in emissions reduction, climate calculations, and green transition • Experience with investment support, grants, or projects in industry, energy, charging infrastructure, or agriculture Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with legal assessments in public sector • Experience in corporate economics or financial analysis • Experience in risk control or fraud prevention • Familiarity with case management systems • Experience developing digital work processes Personal Characteristics: • Structured and organized • Strong communication skills • Professional demeanor • Ability to understand business perspectives • Problem-solving orientation • Flexibility and adaptability We Offer: • Permanent positions with six-month probation period • Locations in Stockholm or Östersund • Partial remote work options • Individual salary setting • Supportive work environment focused on sustainability Application Deadline: November 30, 2025 Contact persons available via customer service: +46 10-698 10 00 Why Work with Us?
