Welcome to us The Education Administration of the City of Stockholm is Sweden's largest municipal administration with approximately 16,000 employees. The unit for student health operational support and admissions in adapted schools is a part of the Education Administration. We handle and decide on operational support, additional funding, and admissions to adapted schools, as well as process applications to the city's special central teaching groups, CSU. The unit collaborates closely with other units within the department and with other departments within the administration. Your role We are currently seeking an employee with a strong commitment to cross-administrative work in general and to students in need of special support in particular. This position is a permanent employment starting in February 2026 or as agreed. You will be part of the team responsible for processing applications to CSU. The processing is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with the team. Your tasks will also include the development of work processes and communication materials, as well as maintaining contact with schools in the city. In addition, you will also be a resource for other teams within the unit and contribute to the department's broader support for operational departments. Your qualifications and experience We are looking for someone who has: - An academic university or college degree with a relevant focus for the position - Good experience of cross-administrative work in a politically governed organization - Documented multi-year experience working with students in need of special support and various disabilities - Good knowledge of the school's mission and governing documents - Proficiency in computer skills and experience working with digital systems - Excellent ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing Meritorious qualifications include: - Experience working with students in need of special support in various school forms - Experience in change management and development work To succeed in this role, you should: - Be a team player and enjoy working in a team. - Be proactive and able to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented. - Be communicative and collaborative. - Be able to express yourself clearly and pedagogically in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
