About this role

At Division Regional Support, Region Norrbotten's support and service functions for procurement, supply, Facility Management, and properties are gathered. The division is tasked with providing cost-effective and coordinated support to divisions, departments, and citizens. Procurement and Supply is an area of operation within Division Regional Support with implementation responsibility. The area delivers support for purchasing and procurement, material supply, and resources to the region's operations. We are seeking someone who is engaged and wants to contribute to good relationships in the role of recycling administrator. You are a social person who is initiative-taking, structured, and self-driven. We are looking for someone with high personal maturity, good collaboration skills, and decisiveness. For the role, we require the following qualifications: • High school education or other relevant education and/or experience deemed equivalent by the employer • Excellent Swedish communication skills, both verbal and written, as required in daily work • B driver's license • Meticulous, structured, and proactive • Service-oriented with good collaboration abilities • Ability to work independently and take responsibility • Good computer skills and documentation experience • Good physical condition – work involves heavy lifting As a person, you are flexible and can handle different types of assignments and work environments. You work systematically, prioritize, and take responsibility for your work efficiently. We seek someone with clear communication, able to adapt communication style to target group and situation. You have the ability to act and make decisions considerately, and can handle and analyze complex issues and problems. You have a holistic view and work long-term based on what is important for the operation. Travel within the county is required. Working hours are daytime, Monday - Friday. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
