**About the Unit:**
The Logistics Unit Stockholm is a division within the Life Guards that supports military units from operational locations in Stockholm, Solna, and Kungsängen.
The unit currently consists of a Staff, a Technical Department, a Supply Department in Stockholm, a Supply Department in Kungsängen, and a Mobilization Department. The Logistics Unit contributes to a stronger defense force through well-functioning logistics, unit-close storage management, supply provision, and ordering of material maintenance in peacetime, during heightened readiness, and in wartime. The Armed Forces, and particularly the Logistics Unit Stockholm, are growing in several areas.
**About the Section:**
The Technical Customer Reception (TKM) is part of the Technical Department and is responsible for ordering material maintenance, among other tasks. We assist our customers with technical support in various forms. The customers are different units and organizations, primarily in the Stockholm area.
**As an employee within the Armed Forces, we offer:**

**Main Responsibilities:**
As an administrator, you will collaborate with customers at TKM and coordinate the user's maintenance needs based on operational and maintenance plans. You will support customers with preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs primarily concerning vehicle equipment, as well as assist with inquiries and investigations regarding technical services. In your role, you will also participate in maintenance planning and prioritization, conduct maintenance follow-up and reporting. You will create internal and external orders. The work is varied, and outdoor work is also involved, including during winter.

**Qualifications:**
- At least a completed 3-year upper secondary education
- Manual driving license (B)
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish
**Personal Attributes:**

**Meritorious:**
- Military driving license/ranger certificate

- Documented experience with support systems LIFT/SAP PRIO
- Higher driving license qualifications
**Other Information:**
Employment Type: Permanent position starting with a six-month probationary period for those not currently employed by the Armed Forces.

**Information about the Armed Forces and the Recruiting Unit:**
The Life Guards is one of the largest units in the Armed Forces, with a history dating back to 1521. We train tomorrow's soldiers, as well as military police and personnel for international missions. We guard the royal palaces, and we have security and ground combat units. We are also responsible for preserving and developing the Swedish military music tradition. Our headquarters is in Kungsängen outside Stockholm, but we also have locations in Sollentuna, central Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Karlskrona.
