About the Role and Your Responsibilities
Sports Operations is an area within the Culture and Leisure Administration.
We are now seeking two administrators for the Sports and Association Development unit. We are looking for individuals with great commitment to developing sports, community associations, and contributing to an active leisure life for Lund residents. The Sports and Association Development unit is responsible for the municipality's facility mediation service for associations. The unit has an important function of providing ongoing support to associations that need help with grants, bookings, or something else entirely. Starting next year, the unit will work with a broader mandate focused on making more municipal facilities accessible to associations and Lund residents.
This advertisement is for two positions, one permanent and one time-limited.
Responsibilities for the permanent position involve increasing the number of rentable facilities within the municipal inventory and working continuously to facilitate rental of these facilities to associations, Lund residents, and other actors. This includes being a contact point for various municipal administrations and operational organizations, and working within the Rbok booking system. Since the assignment is new, it will be shaped during the work process, offering opportunities to influence the position's design. The role may also include tasks related to grant administration, seasonal bookings, and invoicing.
Responsibilities for the time-limited position primarily involve a comprehensive inventory of municipal facilities, responsibility for entering these into the municipal booking system, and further development of the booking system. The employment will span a period of 12 months.
We Are Seeking You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a university degree in a relevant field for the position or equivalent as assessed by the employer
- Has experience with scheduling or booking and digital systems, preferably Rbok
- Is structured
- Is communicative and attentive to various interests
We consider the following as meritorious:
- Experience working in public sector
- Experience with financial administration
- Knowledge and experience of community associations, particularly sports associations' conditions
- Experience with the Rbok grant and booking system
- Experience working with or within sports associations
We seek individuals who are structured, service-oriented, and have good collaborative abilities. You should be able to independently drive processes and projects, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.
