About this role

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a property administrator for Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on November 17, 2025, and continue until October 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension. **Description of the assignment/role:** - Overall responsibility for tenant-driven apartment maintenance and additional services. - Professionally provide information, answer questions, and receive orders from tenants and colleagues regarding apartment maintenance and additional services. - Order and schedule work with contractors and follow up on outstanding orders. Invoice management. - Financial monitoring and analysis, as well as preparing reports and documentation for budget, forecasts, and pricing of products. - Drive and develop the service offering with a focus on customer and business needs. - Actively participate in procurement and contract follow-up. Hold operational meetings with contractors. - Contribute to improvement efforts, follow-up, and further development of operations with a customer-centric approach. - Maintain records in Fast2. - Monitor statistics. - Maintain current documentation, including service offerings and price lists. - HLU and additional service exhibitions in conjunction with communication and customer service. - Archive tenant agreements and orders. - Actively contribute to the unit achieving its goals. **Additional Information:** - Start: November 17, 2025 - End: October 31, 2026 - Scope: Full-time - Location: Farsta - Background check: May be required. **About you:** We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements: - High school diploma. - Knowledge in finance and analytical thinking either through education or work experience, at least 1 year. - Experience in handling orders related to contracts, including invoice management. - At least 3 years of experience in qualified customer service work, where you have independently managed your own cases. - Experience using Excel and good computer skills across multiple programs, at least 7 years. - Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements: - Experience working in Fast2. - Familiarity with rental administration. - Experience from the real estate industry. **Desired personal qualities:** Positive, service-oriented, and engaged with the ability to take initiative.
