Description Your Mission is to Support Associations Offering Sports and Outdoor Activities for Children and Youth in Haninge Municipality. The Goal of Collaboration with Associations is to Enable More Children and Youth to Have an Active and Meaningful Leisure Time. We Are Convinced That This Contributes to Better Health and School Results. We Also Know That It Acts as a Protective Factor Against Exclusion and Deviant Behavior. Ensuring Children and Youth Have a Meaningful Leisure Time is Therefore a Crucial Part of Haninge's Community Safety Efforts. Your Work Will Directly Impact Association Conditions and Haninge's Children and Youths' Opportunities for a Meaningful and Active Life. Responsibilities and Tasks Manage Grants: - Receive and Assess Applications from Sports and Outdoor Associations Seeking Funding. - Handle Local Activity Support and Project Grants. - Manage Support for Other Activities Such as Holiday Activities, Night Sports, and Community Walks. - Assess Applications According to Rules and Guidelines. - Prepare Decision Foundations. - Follow Up on How Associations Have Used Their Grants and the Impact of Their Efforts. - Conduct Site Visits. - Compile Statistics and Reports. Coordinate Initiatives: - Coordinate Planning and Implementation of Open Sports Activities After School Hours – Sports After School - in Collaboration with Associations, Education Administration, and Individual Schools. - Help Create a Shared Venue for Sports Activities During Summer Holidays in Cooperation with the Sports Movement and Other Department Divisions. - Ensure Associations Meet Basic Grant Requirements by Coordinating Annual Systematic Review of Association Documentation. Work With: - Guidelines for Supporting Sports and Outdoor Associations, Such as Association Support Guidelines, Facility Booking, and Time Allocation. - Implementing Follow-up and Control Routines to Prevent Welfare Fraud. - Executing Sports and Outdoor Strategies and Politically Established Goals. - Environmental Monitoring. Qualifications Requirements - Relevant Education at Minimum High School Level - Good Knowledge of Public Administration and Societal Organization - Proficiency in Office Software - Experience Working in Grant and Case Management Systems - Experience Working in a Politically Governed Organization - Knowledge of Association Life, Its Conditions and Prerequisites - Experience in Administrative Work, Case Management, and Project Work - Experience Applying Established Guidelines and Procedures - Flexible and Self-Driven with Strong Initiative and Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Preferred - Relevant Higher Education - Experience Processing Support for Organizations or Associations - Experience Assessing Applications and Financial Documentation - Project Development and Project Work Experience - Experience Writing Official Statements and Reports - Statistical Work Experience - Environmental Monitoring and Communication Work Experience - Personal Experience from Sports and Outdoor Movements, e.g., as Board Member or Official - Knowledge of Management Systems Rbook, Proceedo, and Ciceron As an Administrator, You Will Play a Central Role in Supporting Associations, Driving Collaborations, and Coordinating Projects to Increase Sports Participation and Physical Activity Among Children and Youth.
