About this role

We are now seeking two administrators focused on investigation, analysis, and management of materials subject to export control requirements. The role also involves working with the regulations governing export control within the Swedish Armed Forces' administration. As an administrator in export control, you will become part of a growing and important area of operations. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with complex issues while contributing to the material, organizational, and operational growth of the Swedish Armed Forces. With your analytical skills and ability to collaborate, you will be a key person in our efforts to ensure that export control requirements are handled correctly and efficiently. **Main Responsibilities** In this role, you will be responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and working methods within the export control area. You will work at a central and strategic level with governance, management, and follow-up of the Swedish Armed Forces' export control operations. Your tasks will include, among others: - Providing preparation support to managers, system leaders, and production coordinators within combat forces and defense branches. - Participating in or leading working groups within the operational area. - Conducting training related to export control and classification work. - Participating in review, quality control, and further development of processes. **Requirements** **Qualifications** - Academic education in engineering, law, or equivalent competence/training that can be assessed as equivalent. - Current and relevant knowledge of and/or experience in export control operations within companies or authorities. - Relevant experience in managing large data sets in complex technical systems. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. **Personal Attributes** We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically, seeing both the big picture and the details.
