As an officer in the creditor area, you will have a varied and educational job that involves investigation and economic assessments. Help make society possible! About the Job You will work with case management and investigation of matters varying in scope and complexity. As a creditor officer, you will create a comprehensive picture of companies and investigate their economic situation to assess whether they can pay their taxes and fees. You will work with companies to enable payments while also working to counteract unfair competition and criminal economies. You will primarily work with companies and individual entrepreneurs with debts to the state. The work includes: - Investigating and risk-assessing companies - Conducting economic analyses of companies' short and long-term payment capacity - Working with preventive measures - Complementing cases through contacts with companies and individuals - Handling payment reminders and unpaid taxes - Managing payment deferrals - Working with offensive revocation of F-tax approval - Applying for bankruptcy You will plan your own workday and drive your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. You will work closely with your colleagues, providing and receiving mutual support. The work is qualified, and you will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and in depth. If interested, you can also participate in various improvement and development assignments parallel to your regular tasks. The job involves numerous contacts, for example, with customers and other authorities. It is self-evident that you should have a balance between work and leisure. You will belong to a section of the Creditor Unit at the Corporate Taxation Department, located in Linköping. The section has approximately 20 employees. In this job, you will: - Independently plan and drive your work forward to achieve results - Have the ability and willingness to learn new things, be flexible and open to changes - Demonstrate good interaction with both our customers and your colleagues - Speak and write simply and clearly - Be goal-focused and contribute to achieving the purpose of the operation - Analyze information flows, see connections, and make decisions You should also have: - A university education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 points) in economics or law - Current and relevant work experience in investigation or case management from collection agencies, banks, or authorities where you have worked with financial documentation or insolvency issues It is desirable to have current work experience from similar work at the Swedish Tax Agency or Enforcement Authority. Good to Know The position is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. Employment may involve placement in a security class. A security review with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a hiring decision.
