Do you want to contribute to shaping labor market policy? Do you want interesting and varied tasks while assisting the Minister of Employment on one of the government's highest priority issues? We can now offer two temporary positions at the heart of the action.

As an employee with us, you will help develop the basis for government decisions on various labor market policy issues. Your tasks include participating in the development of labor market policy, conducting analysis and follow-up, and preparing matters. You will also monitor and stay updated on your area of responsibility. Tasks involve both national labor market policy and related issues at the EU level. The unit is characterized by occasional high tempo, high quality requirements, and a dynamic environment with strong team spirit.

Your Background
We are seeking candidates with relevant academic education combined with several years of current experience in qualified investigative or administrative work within the Government Offices, other state agencies, municipalities, or organizations. You should have relevant and current knowledge of labor market policy issues. Furthermore, you have excellent Swedish skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
It is meritorious if you have experience working with labor market policy issues and have worked with investigative or administrative tasks in the Government Offices. Experience with EU-level or international work is also advantageous.
Your Qualities
You are structured, self-driven, and able to produce high-quality materials under time pressure. It is important that you have a well-developed analytical ability, can take initiative, and drive processes forward. You are good at communicating, both orally and in writing.

Additional Information
We offer two temporary positions, one until June 11, 2027, and one until December 2, 2027, with the same requirements for both. Commencement as soon as possible, by agreement. A security screening will be conducted before a hiring decision is made.
