You are a key person who independently drives processes in close collaboration with decision-makers from our various business areas. Main responsibilities include: - Conducting procurements across all areas of HEM in accordance with LUF (Public Procurement Act) - Contract management and monitoring - Supporting the organization in purchasing and contract matters - Contributing to improvement efforts, efficiency within the function, and the overall achievement of the company’s goals - Participating in relevant purchasing and procurement networks Our department is driven by innovation and the effective use of legislation to contribute to the best business outcomes for all of HEM. We have a fully electronic procurement process and are constantly working on digitalization to streamline our workflows. Decisions and contracts are signed electronically, and documentation is automatically registered. We are a cohesive team with an open atmosphere, where we support each other in both large and small matters. Here, enjoyment in the workday is valued. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in purchasing, procurement, law, economics, or another relevant field. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: - At least 3 years of experience in procurement within the public sector - Experience working independently, analyzing, structuring, and prioritizing your work - Familiarity and experience with e-procurement or other procurement systems We seek someone with a strong commitment to energy and environmental issues, who has the ability to translate ideas and requirements into tailored contracts. Experience from similar operations is an advantage. The role requires good knowledge of Swedish, with the ability to express yourself well both in writing and verbally, as well as understanding complex linguistic materials and producing high-quality documents. You are driven, business-minded, and solution-oriented with high integrity, taking responsibility for the entire procurement process, from planning and execution to subsequent evaluation and follow-up.
