About the Position
As a facility host, you play a key role in creating a positive first impression for both new and returning customers. You are the face of the facility and the first person customers encounter – therefore, your sense of service, professionalism, and customer approach are of utmost importance.
- The role is varied and suits someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks. In addition to customer reception, you will also:
- Support other departments in their daily work
- Initiate sales dialogues with customers
- Help maintain order in the showroom and create a welcoming environment
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Enjoys a customer-facing role and is naturally service-oriented
- Quickly learns new information and adapts to new systems
- Has good computer skills
- Has an interest in cars and a basic technical understanding of passenger vehicles
- Is responsible, structured, and enjoys collaboration
Previous experience in the automotive industry, retail, reception, or customer service is meritorious – but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on the right personality and attitude.
