Haklift, part of Axel Johnson International, is a leading player in lifting, load securing, and material handling in Finland. ABOUT THE POSITION Haklift is now looking for a driven and self-motivated field salesperson who wants to help create something great. The role involves building a network of resellers, establishing strong customer relationships, and actively contributing to shaping Haklift's strategy in the Swedish market. You will have significant freedom under responsibility and become part of a Nordic sales team of about 12 people. Support and guidance will be provided by experienced colleagues and your immediate manager Jussi, who has extensive experience in sales within the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES The role of field salesperson will involve a varied daily routine, but some of your main tasks will include: * Prospecting and developing new customers – you will build the market from the ground up * Creating and developing strong partnerships with resellers * Conducting customer meetings, both physical and digital * Participating in market planning for Sweden and Norway * Collaborating with Haklift's Finnish team to develop Swedish sales materials and training WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Has previous work experience in B2B sales - Is proficient in systems, such as the Office suite - Holds a valid driver's license (B category) It is an advantage if you have: - Experience in technical and complex sales - Industry knowledge and an existing network - Relevant post-secondary education Personal qualities: To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, results-oriented, and have a strong desire to create new business opportunities. You thrive on taking initiative and have a high energy level.
