Our preschool has three departments with three teams: Discoverers, Adventurers, and Explorers. To create qualitative and meaningful learning situations, the different departments are divided into smaller groups throughout the day. About Us: HAGVIDSON is an expanding company currently operating 21 preschools with creative employees and principals at each individual unit. Hagvidson Nyponlunden is located in a large red house in the middle of the Nyponlunden residential area. The preschool has a large yard with good topography, undulating terrain, expansive open spaces, and proximity to the forest. Qualifications: As a person, you are confident and engaged, able to see the bigger picture and adapt to needs and situations. You are proactive, a good listener, and invite daily interactions between children, colleagues, and guardians. You enjoy working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons. You can work independently and in groups. We seek someone who can lead with a focus on the curriculum. You have a strong drive to keep the pedagogical environment vibrant and understand the importance of well-documented activities at both group and individual levels.
