We are seeking a habilitation staff member for night work at Asterix-Omega. The position is 83% night work, which corresponds to 100%.
Asterix-Omega consists of two separate operations with largely the same user group. Asterix is the municipality's leisure activity center for children/youth over 12 with diagnoses within LSS service categories. The operation runs mornings and afternoons on weekdays, i.e., before and after school based on parental needs.
Omega is our short-term stay for the same target group. Based on decisions, we implement relief periods for parents. An important task is to "match" the user group in the best possible way to make the stay as good as possible for the user.
You will work in both operations. There is an opportunity to work less than 100%.
WORK TASKS
We are now seeking a new employee who wants to continue developing the operation with us. The role involves being part of the team around the user and systematically working to ensure quality and develop the operation from individual and group perspectives, with a holistic view, individual focus, development, and coordination. Your mission is to create opportunities for the user's development together with them, provide pedagogical guidance, and be a support in all daily situations, provide care and rehabilitation. Heavy lifting may occur in the work.
The work includes systematically documenting and being involved in team work where we collectively evaluate the relationship between methods, goals, and results.
Working hours are at night.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who has completed the Care Program with a psychiatric specialization, or other equivalent education. Requirements include:
- Autism 1, 2, and 3
- Experience/training in AAC
- Experience in Social Psychiatry
- Pedagogy
- Experience in Neuropsychiatry
Previous work with the target group or short-term/leisure activities is meritorious. You have a pedagogical and motivating approach in your work.
You are attentive to others' needs, show good reception, have good collaborative skills, and see changes as a challenge. Good Swedish language skills are required. You should also have documentation experience and good computer skills.
Based on operational needs, we especially welcome male applicants.
B driver's license is mandatory.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
