We are currently seeking a Sustainability Controller within ESG for a temporary position from January 2026 to January 2027 at our headquarters in Solna. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and ensuring the quality of data that underpins PostNord's sustainability reporting. The position involves close collaboration with Group Sustainability and Group Accounting to ensure high-quality sustainability reporting. Together, we develop solutions that strengthen PostNord's sustainability work and create long-term value.
Become a part of our team
You will join a dedicated team of three within Shared Service Finance. We work closely with Group Sustainability and Group Accounting to deliver sustainability reporting in conjunction with quarterly and annual reports, as well as forecasts. In addition, we are responsible for customer-specific sustainability reporting and develop processes and analytical models that enhance PostNord's ESG efforts. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with complex data, contribute to development projects, and create solutions that make a real difference in an organization committed to sustainability.
Our main responsibilities include:
- Managing sustainability data and information for PostNord's legal entities in connection with quarterly and annual reports, including forecasts.
- Preparing customer-specific sustainability reporting.
- Handling ad hoc sustainability inquiries from customers.
- Compiling and delivering sustainability data to external stakeholders, such as the Government Offices, IPC, and EcoVadis.
- Providing agreed sustainability data to internal stakeholders.
- Developing processes, key performance indicators, and analytical models to measure and follow up on sustainability efforts.
- Measuring and tracking sustainability data to ensure PostNord meets its sustainability goals.
- Participating in development projects related to data capture, including the implementation and further development of system support.
- Monitoring and developing internal controls on sustainability data.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A relevant academic background, preferably in economics, engineering, or environmental studies.
- Experience in analyzing, tracking, and reporting sustainability data.
- Strong skills in Excel, Business Intelligence, and preferably Power BI.
- Familiarity with working in various systems and handling large datasets.
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
