Wisbygymnasiet has approximately 1,700 students and about 185 staff members, of which around 170 are teachers.
We offer 16 national programs, four introductory programs, and a nationally recruiting education.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering instruction. Your role includes actively contributing to the development of the school. You will be part of program work teams, subject groups, and hold a mentorship role.
We are looking for you who is a licensed teacher qualified to teach Swedish at the national upper secondary school level.
As a person, you are a cheerful, positive, and clear leader with a great interest in meeting students with diverse knowledge and motivation levels. You recognize each student's unique abilities and drives and use your knowledge and creativity to develop both students and the organization.
You also maintain a positive attitude when interacting with colleagues, recognize the strength in collaboration, and demonstrate a strong commitment to your work. You center students' needs and use a solution-focused approach even in challenging situations.
