We are currently seeking a high school teacher in social studies, religion, and sociology for our high school Bildningscentrum Facetten. Read more about the school here: https://www.bildningscentrum.se/om-oss Your Responsibilities As a teacher at Bildningscentrum Facetten, you will provide instruction that enables students to develop and achieve good academic results. This is in accordance with applicable governing documents - curriculum, syllabi, as well as the educational administration’s and the school’s operational plan. You will actively participate in the school development that takes place at the school, and within the framework of your assignment, you will be responsible for: • Planning, implementing, and following up on instruction, including grading • Mentoring and coaching students • Communication with guardians • Collaboration with other staff, including subject teams Who You Are We are looking for a licensed teacher qualified to teach social studies, religion, and sociology. Previous teaching experience is an advantage. To succeed in your role, we see that you have a strong ability to create and maintain good relationships and can collaborate with individuals in various contexts and functions. You plan and organize your work well and find it easy to set goals, follow up, and complete activities. You are a good leader in the classroom, communicate clearly, and can adapt your teaching to meet the diverse needs and circumstances of your students.
