**About the Position**
As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven in Karlstad, you will work in a dynamic and health-focused environment where your main responsibility is to ensure that the gym is in top condition and that members receive the best possible experience.
You will belong to the Karlstad cluster and work at the facilities Karlstad Fanfaren, Duvan, and Sundsta Torg. This is a part-time position at 50%, with approximately 20 hours of work per week. The desired start date for the position is early January 2026.
In your role as Gym Coordinator, your main tasks will include:
- Ensuring that the gym is clean, tidy, and functioning well through daily checks and actions.
- Managing service requests and independently performing minor repairs and maintenance of gym equipment.
- Conducting safety checks according to established routines and checklists.
- Reporting larger repairs.
- Performing member rounds, which includes putting weights back, restocking materials, and ensuring the gym is in top condition.
- Inventorying consumables and placing orders as needed.
- Implementing cleaning and sanitation routines.
- Contributing to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
- Conducting open houses and introductory tours for new members as needed, to give them a welcoming start at the gym.
**About You**
We are looking for someone with a completed high school diploma who is handy and has an interest in machines and equipment. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions. As a person, you are engaged, adaptable, and enjoy working according to established routines and processes.
Furthermore, we see that you are relationship-building and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in fitness and health, and you see a long-term future in your work at Fitness24Seven.
Important for the position:
- Completed high school diploma
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a similar role within service, property, maintenance, or security is advantageous
- A valid driver's license (B) is a plus
- Since the role involves working alone and handling payment methods, you must be at least 18 years old.
- We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
