About the Position
As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven in Malmö, you will work in a dynamic and health-focused environment where your main responsibility is to ensure the gym is in top condition and our members have the best possible experience. You will be part of a dedicated team that values health and service.
In the role of Gym Coordinator, you will belong to the Malmö Katrinelund cluster, working at the following facilities: Katrinelund, Rörsjöstaden, Staffanstorp, Toftanäs. This is a full-time temporary position starting immediately and running through the end of February 2026. You will work Monday to Friday, with varying hours between 07:00 - 20:30.
In your role as Gym Coordinator, your main tasks will include:
• Ensuring the gym is clean, tidy, and well-functioning through daily checks and actions.
• Managing service issues and independently performing simple repairs and maintenance of gym equipment.
• Conducting safety checks according to established routines and checklists.
• Reporting major repairs.
• Performing member rounds, including re-racking weights, restocking materials, and ensuring the gym is in top condition.
• Inventorying consumables and placing orders as needed.
• Implementing cleaning and sanitization routines.
• Contributing to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
• Conducting open houses and introductory tours for new members as needed, to give them a welcoming start at the gym.
About You
We are seeking someone with a completed high school diploma who is handy and has an interest in machines and equipment. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions. As a person, you are engaged, adaptable, and comfortable working with established routines and processes.
Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is relationship-oriented and enjoys working with people. You have a genuine interest in fitness and health, and see long-term potential in working with Fitness24Seven.
Important for the position:
• Completed high school diploma
• Fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Previous experience in a similar role within service, property, maintenance, or security is meritorious
• Driving license (B-class) is meritorious
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
Since the role involves solo work and handling of payment methods, you must be at least 18 years old.
