Gustavsgården is a residence for the elderly with significant care needs.
The facility consists of three units with a total of 101 apartments. Each resident has a designated contact person from the staff who can assist them in various matters. Our operations are centered around our core values: competence, flexibility, security, and clarity.

The role of a nursing assistant/care assistant at Gustavsgården involves ensuring that our residents receive all the care and support that makes their daily lives safe, secure, and meaningful.
We practice person-centered care and support, where we listen to the residents’ own perceptions of their health and the needs that are important to fulfill. We work to offer residents and their relatives the opportunity to participate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of care and support efforts. As a nursing assistant, you will collaborate daily with nurses, colleagues, paramedics, and team leaders in your daily work.
Your responsibilities will also include daily documentation of tasks in the journal system regarding the interventions you have performed and the residents' health status.
We are looking for you who are primarily a trained nursing assistant, but those who are care assistants and have a passion for this target group are also welcome to apply.
As a person, we see that you have a strong interest in working with elderly people, you are positive, creative, and flexible, and you always prioritize the residents. You need to be able to speak and write good Swedish, as communication is an important need for our residents. You must be at least 18 years old.
Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.
