About the Role

As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members’ experience – you are both an ambassador, an inspirer, and a spreader of energy. Your task is to convey the joy of working out, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW feeling that makes them eager to return.

You should feel confident taking the stage, showcasing your personality, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.

We Offer You:

• Training in the concept of your choice – we cover that!
• A fixed class per week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
• A workplace filled with engagement, development, and joy of training

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can:

• Hold 1–2 fixed classes per week
• Be available in the morning, day, evening, or weekend (depending on needs)

You don’t need to be a qualified instructor already – we will train you! The most important thing is that you:

• Have a passion for group training and fitness in general
• Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
• Possess personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude
