About this role
Group Leader - Social Services Adult Unit
At Norrtälje Municipality, we are proud to be part of society's democratic foundation and an essential part of our residents' daily lives.
In our broad operations, with our knowledge and experience, we share a common drive – we want to help people and opportunities grow. We are proud of each other and how we collectively enrich our residents' lives.
We Offer
As the unit has grown over the past year in terms of work areas and additional staff, there is now a need to expand the unit with a group leader.
The Unit
The unit consists of seven social workers working with authority-based tasks related to harmful use and addiction, domestic violence, program dropouts, and Housing First. In addition to social workers, four coaches focus on Housing First and housing support, and two budget and debt counselors.
As this is a newly established position within the unit, combined with new areas of responsibility in social work, you will not be stepping into a fully defined role. Instead, we will shape the position together based on the unit's needs.
The Assignment
We are seeking an engaged group leader for the Social Services Adult Unit where you'll have the opportunity to influence, develop, and make a difference every day.
