Your Future Challenge
As a Group Leader, you will become part of the management function alongside the Group Manager and our current Group Leader. We complement each other: the Group Manager focuses on strategy and overall vision, our current Group Leader on technology and reviews, and you on structure, follow-up, and progress. The role will be shaped together with you, and we'll help each other lead both team leaders and employees.

In the management function, we complement each other. The Group Manager will focus more on strategic aspects and the big picture, our current Group Leader will continue to emphasize technology and reviews, and the new Group Leader will drive structure, follow-up, and progress. This is a reinforcement, not a replacement, and we'll work together. We're also open to adapting the approach based on the person entering the role. The important thing is that we collectively lead our team leaders while providing direct support to employees to strengthen the group as a whole.

Who You Are
You are an engaged leader who enjoys taking things from small to large and getting them done. You are structured, communicative, and attentive, and you like building both culture and results. You have a college or university degree in engineering, or equivalent experience deemed comparable. Preferably, you have experience leading technical teams, projects, or similar, and an ability to understand and follow complex technical solutions. You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Meriting Factors:
- Experience in leadership within a technical environment
- Experience in electrical design or adjacent areas
- Interest in developing structures and working methods
- Experience from vehicles, defense, or similar technical environments
- Familiarity with tools like E3.series, Office 365, and project management tools
