The Department Consists of Four Areas: Promotion and Prevention, Children and Youth, Adults, and Providers within Social Psychiatry and Disability. Within the Children and Youth Area, There Are 4 Units: Intake, Children, Youth, and Family Care. The Youth Unit Consists of a Unit Manager, Two Team Leaders, 18 Social Workers, Two School Coordinators, and from the Turn of the Year, Two SIG Coordinators. Your Role In Your Role as Team Leader, You Will: * Support the First-Line Manager (Unit Manager) in Daily Operational Management and Task Distribution * Make Decisions Based on Current Delegation Order * Case Supervise, Follow Up, and Provide Support to Employees, Including Prioritization Assistance * Create Conditions for Collaboration and Cooperation Within and Outside the Administration * Update Routines and Working Methods * Hold Economic Responsibility Based on Current Delegation Order Specifically, Within the Youth Unit, This Means Guiding and Supporting Employees in Daily Work, Conducting Case Reviews, and Leading Collaboration Processes. Your Competence and Experience We Require: * Social Work Degree * Experience Working in Social Services, Children and Youth Area Focusing on Adolescents * Knowledge and Experience in Authority Exercise, Case Management Process, and Current Legislation * Documented Work Experience with BBIC (Children's Needs in Focus) * Knowledge of Signs of Safety * Knowledge of SAVRY and Risk, Need, and Receptivity (RBM) * Knowledge of ADAD * Excellent Swedish Language Skills, Spoken and Written As a Team Leader, We Want You to Be Structured, Stable, Easy to Teach Others, Goal-Oriented, and Have a Holistic Perspective.
