We at Securitas are currently looking for a qualified team leader for a bank client in Stockholm City. Here, you will support, motivate, and provide the best conditions for 6-10 employees to perform their work, alongside other management team members.
Through your engagement with the teams and clear leadership, you will lay the foundation for well-knit teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and as a qualified team leader, you will have a significant impact through daily dialogue with both our clients and employees around you.
You will, for example:
• Lead and plan the daily work effectively for our stationary client.
• Ensure competence development, and develop and support employees.
• Be involved in scheduling, vacancy resolution, and BO optimization.
• Manage daily contact with both large and small clients.
• Have good insight into the work with results and budget within your operational area and develop and follow up on the business.

Requirements
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You are a trained security guard and have experience working in the field.
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school.
• B driver's license.
Meritorious:
• Experience in leadership.
• Ability to handle professional correspondence and operate seamlessly in an international business environment.
• Experience working with our support systems.
This position is suitable for you if you are security-conscious and have a positive attitude. You have the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally, as well as strong communication skills.

• The position is a full-time role during daytime hours with a start date to be agreed upon. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
• The position is Monday - Friday (office hours).
• We conduct selection tests.
• We primarily communicate via email.
