We at Securitas are currently looking for a team leader for retail/order maintenance in Västerås. The department's primary responsibility is to provide order maintenance for both stationary and mobile customers and to conduct store surveillance for clients throughout Västmanland. The department is growing and, as a result, needs to strengthen its team with an additional team leader focused on fieldwork. In your daily work, you will collaborate with your colleagues in the field, either as a security guard or a patrol officer. The tasks beyond order maintenance/store surveillance will include ensuring that Securitas policies are followed and adhered to, as well as ensuring that your team has the right conditions to carry out their daily work in the best possible way. To thrive in this position, you must be flexible, as work tasks may change rapidly. Working hours are scheduled for both daytime and evening shifts, with duty every other weekend.

Requirements
• You are a trained security guard and order maintenance officer
• Have experience in the security industry
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• B driver's license
Meritorious
• Experience in leadership
• Good knowledge of the geographical work area covered by the position
• Store surveillance training
