Your Responsibilities
As a Group Leader in one of the Nordic region's most visited commercial areas, with over 20 million annual visitors, you will be part of a cohesive and professional team consisting of colleagues, customer group leaders (CGL), and operations manager (OM). Together, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality and efficient operations for our client.
Upon starting the position, you will undergo a comprehensive introduction covering both operational and administrative tasks, with a particular focus on how our group leaders operate in commercial environments and in close collaboration with the client's organization.
The position involves comprehensive responsibility for the site and consists of two main parts: operational responsibility in the field and administrative responsibility related to security and service.
The role includes direct reporting to the operations manager.
This is a permanent full-time position (with a 6-month probationary period) with day/evening work hours.
Qualifications
You are expected to maintain a high service level towards the client's personnel, suppliers, and visitors, where professional interaction and good communication skills are crucial. Given the large number of visitors, strong language skills are of great importance.
You should be able to approach each individual with commitment, respect, and a solution-oriented approach. Your role is central to the client's operations, and you are expected to deliver service according to the established service concept for the area.
We are seeking candidates with high personal integrity, natural authority, and the ability to act independently. Initially, you will receive support and guidance from experienced CGL colleagues and the operations manager, which requires strong collaboration and communication skills.
To qualify for the position, you must meet the following basic requirements:
• Valid security guard training (VU1+VU2)
• Experience in similar service-related roles in a personnel-intensive environment
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Computer proficiency - Office suite
• Previous experience in writing instructions
• Good English in speech and writing
Additional experience in leadership and/or coordination is also meritorious.
Furthermore, you need to be non-criminal*, drug-free, have stable finances, good health and physical fitness, and have high school education or equivalent qualification to be employed at Avarn Security.
* All personnel at an authorized security company must be approved upon review of law-abidingness, civic reliability, and overall suitability.
