About this role

The Agency for the Elderly belongs to the Care Office in Södertälje Municipality. The Care Office consists of an administrative unit as well as an operational organization within the areas of elderly care and disability services. We are now seeking a team leader for the Agency for the Elderly. The Agency for the Elderly consists of two unit managers, 3 team leaders, and approximately 30 social welfare administrators. The Agency has a home planning team working with home planning from inpatient healthcare, as well as a reception team where social welfare administrators work on follow-ups of existing interventions and receive new applications. Your Responsibilities We are looking for someone who wants to lead, inspire, and develop an engaged team in administrative work.
