About the Role
As a Group Leader in Water and Wastewater (VA), you will have a role where you both work operationally on projects and simultaneously lead the VA group forward. You will be a key driver in developing both our operations and our client relationships while contributing your own technical expertise to assignments. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence, strengthen our growth, and play an important role in Markera's continued development.
Your Responsibilities
• Coordinate the work of the VA group and plan resource allocation to create balance and continuity in projects.
• Be responsible for your own VA assignments and provide technical support to colleagues to ensure successful projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, actively follow up on business opportunities, and submit bids that strengthen the group's and the company's development.
• Contribute to the growth of the group and participate in recruitment efforts and the onboarding of new colleagues.
• Actively participate as an engaged member of Markera's management team and contribute to business development and operational growth.
• Ensure that the group's work adheres to the current quality and environmental management systems.
