About the Role

We at Securitas are currently looking for a day shift team leader at the Örebro office. Here you will work with other team leaders and managers to create the right conditions for our employees. In the role, you will work as a security guard, with your primary tasks being to lead and distribute work in the field. Together with your colleagues, you will perform rounds at our customers and respond to incoming alarms. In the job, you will also manage customer contacts, both large and small customers. Working hours are daytime 06:00-18:00 on a 5:2 schedule, which includes service every other weekend.
Through your team commitment and clear leadership, you will lay the groundwork for well-knit teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and in the role of team leader, you will have a significant impact through regular dialogue with both our customers and employees around you.
You will, for example:
• Lead and plan daily work efficiently for both mobile and stationary customers
• Handle daily contact with both large and small customers
• Ensure Securitas policies are followed and complied with

Requirements
Requirements:
• Trained security guard
• Experience from the security industry
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• Class B driver's license
• Swedish citizenship
Meritorious:
• Experience in work management
• Occupational health and safety training
• Trained protection or security guard
• Experience with our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP)

Employment with Securitas Sweden AB requires approved high school grades in Swedish and English and approval from the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company (that application is made by Securitas). For most roles, a Class B driver's license is also required.
