About Stålgatan Service Residences:
Stålgatan 39 and Stålgatan 57 are residences for adults covered by LSS person group 1, including individuals with diagnoses within the autism spectrum or intellectual disabilities. As a Group Manager at Stålgatan, you will divide your time between the two facilities.
About the Role:
As a Group Manager, you will work both operationally and administratively. This means you are a role model for your employees, and through your strong commitment, you create a positive work environment in the team every day. You provide the conditions for your team to maintain good relationships with the clients and relatives of the facility. This is achieved by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and acknowledging employees in their daily work. You have personnel and planning responsibilities for your team and are involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations in accordance with Nytida's educational framework. Simplicity – It is easy to influence and to be an employee or to live and spend time with us.
Knowledge – We reflect, learn from each other, and utilize everyone's competencies.
Your Experience and Knowledge:
You have post-secondary or higher education in care and welfare, as well as experience with the target group. You speak and write fluent Swedish. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in various forms of cognitive support, low-arousal approaches, and experience in leadership.
You possess a clear leadership personality and enjoy helping individuals in your group grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and collaborative. You have the willingness and ability to manage and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You are proactive and attentive to the needs of the clients and have a natural respect for other people.
At Nytida, we are in constant development. With us, you can grow as a person while making a difference for others. Our culture is permeated by our values – respect, responsibility, simplicity, and knowledge.
