**About the Role**
As a group leader, your primary task is to coach and work in daily care activities alongside the team. This means you are a role model for your employees, and through your strong commitment, you create a positive work environment in the group every day. You will work during the day, on weekends, and in the evenings.
- **Close Leadership:** This role exists within our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You will have personnel and planning responsibilities for your work group and will be involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is achieved by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and affirming your employees in their daily work. You will have several group leader colleagues with whom you collaborate, share ideas, and exchange experiences.
- **Participation:** As a group leader, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.
**About Solbacken**
Solbacken is a specialized residence for individuals with dementia. We also have a unit for short-term and respite care, as well as a day activity program focused on dementia. In total, we have 64 residential places. We focus on providing high-quality care and offer a varied range of activities, both individually and in groups. Solbacken is located at Stadshagsvägen 5 in Kungsholmen, in a beautiful older building.

- **Activity Coordinator:** We work systematically with activities and have an activity coordinator who develops and implements meaningful activities with our residents.
- **Dementia Certification:** We are a dementia-certified residence, meaning that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interaction through the Dementia Academy. You will also undergo this training.
- **Needs-Based Scheduling:** We apply a needs-based scheduling system. This means that you and your colleagues have the opportunity to influence your working hours based on needs and preferences. We create schedules for 10-week periods.
- **Young Care:** We collaborate with the company Young Care. This means that a team of young people aged 14-18 visits us on weekends and during school breaks. Young Care engages in various activities with us to enhance the experience for our residents.
**Your Experience and Knowledge**
You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience in elderly care and leadership is advantageous for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
