Do you want to help create a safe and developmental environment for people with special needs? Rasmusbyn AB is looking for a Group Manager who will lead the work in our group homes with commitment and structure. About Rasmusbyn Rasmusbyn AB is a unique comprehensive solution in a harmonious and rural setting where the whole person is the focus. The operation is located north of Örebro and offers housing with special services and daily activities – integrated through a common business idea of running a farm. Rasmusbyn also provides health and medical care according to HSL. Our target group is individuals in category 1 according to LSS, and we operate based on a social therapeutic value foundation. The services are aimed at adults over 18 years old and we hold the relevant permits from IVO. About the Role As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the work in one or more group homes. You will have overall responsibility for staff, quality, and finances, as well as delegated responsibility for workplace environment tasks within your area. The role involves: • Planning, directing, following up, and reporting on work to the CEO. • Working based on the approved budget and ensuring adequate staffing. • Actively participating in our quality work and business development. • Ensuring that services for residents are implemented according to assignments and needs. • Participating in Rasmusbyn's management team and contributing to strategic development. • Working with close leadership and a coaching approach. • Spending part of your time in the group home (currently 25%). Your Main Responsibilities • Recruit, onboard, and develop employee competencies. • Ensure that the operation complies with LSS legislation, other laws, and agreements. • Establish local goals and routines in line with Rasmusbyn's policies, guidelines, and routines, as well as the organization’s social therapeutic value foundation. • Plan and conduct workplace meetings, employee discussions, and health conversations. • Be responsible for workplace environment, safety, and systematic fire protection work. • Create conditions for participation and security for both employees and residents. • Build good relationships with relatives, clients, and networks. We are looking for someone who • Has at least a high school education in care, post-secondary education in a relevant field, and/or university courses in pedagogy, disabilities, behavioral science, or similar. • Has at least two years of experience in a leadership role. • Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a car to commute to the workplace. • Is proficient in data and systems related to staffing, HR, and journal systems. • Mastery of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. • Has experience working within LSS operations. • Is structured, communicative, and has the ability to create engagement. • Enjoys working both operationally and strategically.
