Klingsta is a dementia care facility with 39 apartments, beautifully located in a natural area near Edsviken and within walking distance of Mörby Centrum. The apartments are distributed across 4 departments. Klingsta Care and Nursing Home is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed green garden with apple trees and peaceful spots. We are within walking distance of Edsviken's waters and lovely walking paths.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Group Manager in elderly care, you have a varied and responsible assignment. In close collaboration with the Operations Manager, you continuously ensure high quality through systematic quality work, which includes performing self-assessments, actively participating in analyses of the operation's quality work, and managing deviations according to SoL.
Your role also involves leading and distributing daily work, supporting care staff in planning work efforts per residential department, and ensuring work is performed according to established routines. Additionally, you are responsible for following up various care aspects, such as ensuring admission interviews within 14 days after new residents move in, appointing and following up contact person responsibilities. You will ensure work with implementation plans by planning and following up residents' care together with their contact person.
You are responsible for staffing, scheduling, and follow-up in Medvind, and ensure that administrative tasks such as invoice accounting, purchases, and system logins function smoothly. You lead and distribute work for the operation's representative roles, including documentation and IT representatives, hygiene representatives, meal representatives, etc.
Introduction and supervision of new personnel is an important part of the role. You appoint supervisors, follow up on introduction plans, and ensure new employees feel secure in the operation.

To succeed in the role, you are accessible, confident, act as a role model, and create participation through engaged leadership. You stand firm in your values even in challenging situations and always act professionally when interacting with colleagues, residents, and relatives.
You have excellent collaboration skills and collaborate with the Operations Manager, colleagues, residents' relatives, and other actors. With a structured approach, you can initiate, drive, and follow up on development work and processes in both short and long-term perspectives. You plan and organize the operation based on municipal goals with good economic thinking and focus on the operation's best interests.

We Are Seeking Someone Who Is/Has:
• Trained nurse assistant or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Extensive experience working with people with dementia.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in palliative care.
• Experience as a group manager, team leader, or coordinator in healthcare and care.
• Experience with staffing based on operational needs.
• Good system proficiency and digital competence, especially in the Office suite.
• Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
It Is Also Meritorious If You Have:
• Documented leadership training.
• Documented education in economics and/or administration.
• Some form of dementia training, e.g., Silvia Sister, BPSD administrator, etc.
• Experience with the Medvind scheduling and staffing system.
• Good knowledge and experience in labor law.
