Attendo Bergtallsvägen is a residential care facility located near Fruängen, adjacent to Långbroparken. The facility has 54 apartments focused on dementia care.
About the role
As a group manager, your primary responsibility is to coach and work alongside your team in daily care activities. The role involves being a present and supportive leader in the operations, where a significant part of the job is to work directly with our customers. You will have personnel and planning responsibilities for your team and will be involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations in accordance with Attendo's methods and values.
You will work alongside two other group managers, collaborating, exchanging ideas, and sharing experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.

Main responsibilities
• Guide and work in daily care activities alongside the team.
• Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team.
• Personnel responsibilities; recruitment, onboarding of new employees, performance reviews.
• Involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations.

Qualifications
• Certified nursing assistant with professional certification.
• Good computer skills.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you also have
• Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning.
• Experience in elderly care.
