About the position
As a group manager, you will lead and coordinate the daily operations within workplace services, develop strategies for efficient operations, manage finances, build strong customer relationships, and inspire your team to achieve high quality and cost-effectiveness.
About you
Formal qualifications
We are looking for someone with several years of leadership experience with overall responsibility for finances, personnel, and delivery. You are organized and structured with good strategic abilities and accustomed to working with the Office suite. You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. A valid B driver's license is also required for this role. Your commitment and ability to collaborate and work in a team are influential and inspire others.
Meritorious
Experience in leadership within reception or other service professions is a plus. Previous experience in building relationships both internally and externally is also valuable, as is having worked in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability have been central. Your ability to create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, along with being positive and service-oriented, contributes to a successful work environment.
