About the position
ECIT is a rapidly growing company specializing in the outsourcing of finance and payroll functions as well as business systems. We are now seeking a confident and business-driven senior accounting consultant who wants to step into the role of group manager for our accounting team in Gothenburg. Despite our growth, our culture remains warm, personal, and unpretentious, with competence and community at the center.
As a group manager, you will be a key person in our accounting team, combining operational consulting work with engaged leadership. Initially, the role will consist of approximately 75% consulting work and 25% leadership, but this distribution can evolve as you grow in the role and the business continues to expand.
Here you will:
• Support and develop a competent team
• Drive client relationships and lead client projects
• Be actively involved in the initiation of new client assignments
• Work on problem-solving within accounting and digital processes
• Take responsibility for the entire accounting process and contribute to smarter working methods
The position is located in our modern and pleasant offices opposite Ullevi.
Qualifications
• Degree in finance from high school, vocational training, college, university, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in the entire accounting process: ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and annual financial statements, tax declarations, VAT, etc.
• Some form of leadership experience within finance.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
