We are looking for a Group Manager for Inbound who combines operational presence with structure, engagement, and drive. Here, you will play a crucial role in our daily flow - from goods reception to warehouse structure and inventory, while also developing both people and working methods. About the role As the Group Manager for Inbound, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 12 employees and ensure that our inbound processes run smoothly every day. The role is practical and hands-on, where you lead the operations on-site and create an engaging work climate. You will also drive improvement initiatives and develop routines together with your team and the rest of the operations group. Examples of tasks: - Lead, allocate, and follow up on the daily work in the inbound team. - Ensure efficient processes for goods reception, warehousing, and inventory. - Drive improvement initiatives and develop working methods in close collaboration with team leads and other group managers. - Actively work with key performance indicators and participate in weekly and monthly reviews within the operations group. - Manage and develop work in the WMS system. - Communicate with suppliers and internal functions to resolve operational issues. We offer a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. You will report to the Warehouse Manager, and the start date will be agreed upon. Location: Enköping. We are looking for someone who is a curious, engaged, and responsible leader who thrives in a practical and operationally close role. You coach and support your team in their daily work, create energy, and drive the group towards common goals. You follow up on results, work systematically with improvements, and ensure that processes function – not just today, but also tomorrow. As a person, you are relationship-oriented and communicative. You enjoy collaborating, building trust, and having many points of contact – both internally and externally. You are solution-oriented, comfortable with change, and inspired by working in an environment where development is a natural part of everyday life. - Several years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or production environments, preferably in roles where you have worked closely with goods flows and daily operations. - At least three years of documented managerial experience with responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing a team in an operational environment. - Experience in driving improvement work or smaller projects, such as developing routines, processes, or working methods. - Comfort in working with numbers and key performance indicators, as well as experience using Excel and KPIs to support decision-making and follow-up.
